Good morning all,
Ayo Olarinde from Canada visited me recently and we had a very Insightful conversation. The summary of our conversation is
- This might be the last time most of us will have the most of our physical abilities. The next decade will be very difficult for most physically as our bodies completely change and our strengths begin to diminish
- Our mental work is about to go through the roof and we will begin to value material things less and less as we see the bigger picture
- We will need each other the most in the next decade.
In essence, this 25th year anniversary is a time when we will be transitioning from junior or mid management to senior management. We will start seeing commisioners, governors, even president, CEOs of big corporations, biz owners with billions, industry leaders and big religious leaders.
A lot is about to change. This is why it is important that we participate in this pivotal moment in our lives. We need to turn up to ensure we see ourselves at our best. We may never have that opportunity again….I’m sure our deceased friends would have loved to attend this event and make us the best amala like she made for us when we visited ibadan last.
I can only appeal to us to leave all and contribute and attend. Attendance is key. Weather you have close friends or not. This is one family that has stayed together even with all the political hullabaloo.
Love lives here and let’s show it by being together at the anniversary.
